Nobody can speak English, and there was no cleaning at all.

The location on the river was beautiful and surrounded by birds; it was very close to the Istanbul bus stop, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel’s location, breakfast, room cleanliness, staff attentiveness and the river view were all excellent, and I must not forget the unlimited tea service. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
