The Mezcalito bar was a highlight, but the other bars didn't live up to it.

The room was spacious, but overall the experience was terrible. Most staff were rude, some even showed contempt or simply ignored you. The facilities were old and poorly maintained, the food was awful, and several pieces of furniture in the room were broken and patched up. Room service was a nightmare. I felt like leaving the hotel from day one. It doesn’t justify the price. When we complained, other guests did the same and will regret choosing this place. It’s a scam and not worth the cost.

“Bellissimo resort immerso nella giungla”

The resort is beautiful, all‑inclusive, by the sea and surrounded by jungle. The hotel does everything to make the beach accessible, but it’s very small and the sea is full of sargassum in August.

“You can’t go wrong with this resort. If seaweed bothers you come after the seaweed season”

Beautiful grounds, the staff are amazingly friendly this is our 4th visit and it’s why we come back. The tequila bar is really good for drinks just ask for the flower pot drink (see photo) delicious. Seaweed is an issue all over this this time of year but they do need to invest in some barriers to protect the beach as we have seen on other resorts. They do have staff out daily working hard to clear but prevention would be better

The customer service is amazing, never seen anything like it. The food is absolutely delicious. We’ll be back! The beach with sargassum is impossible.
