The spot was nice and on a quiet street, yet after checking in the staff approached us and demanded an extra 100€ per night per room. When we said we couldn't accept that because we had booked and paid under different terms, they told us to leave the hotel. Luckily they stepped in and booked us free into a better hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but there weren't enough cleaners and the restaurant was closed.

The room was well furnished and spacious, and the manager kindly allowed us a late checkout on the last day because I wasn’t feeling well. Cleanliness was lacking and they never refurnished the room. A few days before we arrived they told us breakfast wouldn’t be available even though we had paid for a room that included it, forcing us to eat out every day.

The place feels very cozy, clean, and close to restaurants, a bus stop, and everything in the room—from toiletries to a heater, kettle, and all‑you‑can‑eat breakfast. The most important thing is the hospitality; we were given early check‑in and I highly recommend it.
