“Good location”
The staff were a real highlight—friendly and welcoming from the bar crew to the reception. However, when we asked about Hwange National Park, they couldn’t give much info, so if you need trip planning help, that’s a drawback. Dinner was reasonably priced but the menu variety was limited. The lounge and pool area were well designed, and the hotel stayed quiet with few guests, giving it a homely vibe. We did have a small shower issue that the reception staff struggled to fix creatively. Overall, the price is good, the atmosphere nice, and the location excellent, but the on‑site management could use more experience.
