There was no breakfast, and it was 10 minutes from the metro.

The room itself was convenient and comfortable, and the staff were very nice and helpful when we communicated through WhatsApp; the self‑checkout worked well. However, the room was clearly not clean when I arrived—dust on the floor and some trash from previous guests still present. I also got woken up around 9:50 am when staff entered my room.

The staff were extremely friendly, and I decided to extend my stay by one more night just 30 minutes before check‑out; they replied immediately on WhatsApp and even offered a discount, which was fantastic. The surrounding area is very quiet and close to BTS, 7‑11, a mall and bars, and you can pay by debit card without any extra fee. On the downside, there was no fridge or wardrobe in the room, and the power sockets were not very secure, causing the adapter to keep falling out—though for 1–2 nights that isn’t a major issue.

The place was a nightmare: three cockroaches were in the futon, which hadn’t been cleaned and was infested with dust mites, and I was bitten twice. There was no hair dryer or soap. It felt like a prison far from the station. The entrance and room required a code, and suddenly the code didn’t work, which was the worst. Thai guests, perhaps out of curiosity, kept changing the Chinese‑made remote control’s code from a distance, and the number was too long. The remote was tiny, and foreigners with larger hands kept pressing the wrong buttons, seeing some people go crazy. Out of over 400 hotels I’ve stayed in, this is definitely the worst; it’s not even a hotel, just a jail.
