“Amazing experience that I cannot recommend highly enough”

I can’t praise The Victory Villa enough: the views are stunning, it’s surrounded by nature, peaceful and private. The owner/operator is very professional and attentive, going above and beyond to make my stay great—felt like staying with friends. I’ll definitely choose it again in Tobago. The only note: you’ll need a car because the villa sits on a hill and most places aren’t reachable on foot, but that’s part of the charm for most places in Tobago. Everything else was perfect.

“Lovely place in a beautiful location”

We had a wonderful stay. The scenery and wildlife are amazing, right in the rainforest’s heart. Wayne is a great host and the food was lovely. Our room had a small kitchenette and was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool. Wayne is building a bar and restaurant, which will make the villa even better. The only downside is the remote location up a long, steep gravel track—so you need a car—and the Wi‑Fi is spotty.

“Great retreat on the hill with amazing staff”

Huge thanks to Wayne and the team for arranging a last‑minute booking after we had a nightmare with a local apartment. We arrived late and they served us a late supper with ice‑cold beer and G&T. The area around English Man’s Bay and the rainforest is amazing. The rooms stayed very cool with air‑conditioning—10/10. No complaints.

“Relaxing and rejuvenating”

The view is scenic and the place is quiet, but the lighting feels weak, the bathroom lacks non‑skid mats, and there’s no on‑demand transport available off the property.
