“Prachtig smaakvolle kleinschalige riad. Inspirerend en op een top locatie”
The interior was stunning, the décor immaculate, and the shower products were delightful. Nothing else to add.

Breakfast was fine, but getting to the hotel was a nightmare: the streets were dirty, cracked, and stinky, and the room was constantly smelling like sewage—really unpleasant. Bathroom cleanliness was terrible, especially the toilet area. The room was so dark that we had to keep the lights on during the day. We stayed for 4 nights. One night the hotel ran out of water and had no backup plan, so we had to ask for buckets to fill the toilet. Another night we didn’t receive fresh towels until the evening because none were available. There is no dedicated concierge; only a couple of people moved around the hotel doing various tasks. It was a very bad experience, and the price doesn’t match the service or the place.

The location in the Medina was perfect, making it easy to walk to all the spots and restaurants we wanted. The Riad itself was beautiful and very peaceful. We really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfasts. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Situated right in the heart of the Medina, the design was solid and the breakfast was good.

The rooms had a modern design, but the reality was far from what was advertised. The Riad was marketed as a high‑level property with concierge service, a hammam/spa, and a generous breakfast, yet it seemed to be run by just two very young people who didn’t look like professional hospitality staff. It felt more like a temporary crew trying to keep things running than a dedicated team. The room was only lightly cleaned, and we believed it was properly cleaned on our last day. Access was frustrating—sometimes no one answered the door, and the access code wasn’t explained when we arrived. Maybe we were there during an odd time, but overall the experience felt improvised and very far from the high‑level service that was sold to us. Unfortunately, we left very disappointed.
