When I booked, I was told breakfast would be included, but they refused to give us any because Treebo had left the complimentary breakfast option blank for us. That was really disappointing.

The location is good, but the cleanliness could use some improvement.

The room was clean and easy to get into. The restaurant served tasty food and the front‑desk girl was excellent, though the guy at checkout was hard to talk to. The bathroom needs some maintenance: a towel rack/rail, a few extra hooks, and an extra bath mat would have been nice.

Breakfast was good and the location is great. Nothing else to note.

It’s accessible because it’s in the city centre, the lift works and the staff are friendly. The AC didn’t run all night; the room boy checked it but didn’t fix it, so I had to pay for an AC‑enabled room and ended up using a fan instead.
