I arrived at midnight; they offered free pickup and drop‑off to the airport. The staff were very warm and friendly. No complaints, as I only stayed a few hours overnight.

Near the airport, arrived in Kathmandu at midnight, and the next morning’s transfer was convenient. I had confirmed the room and transfer beforehand, but when I arrived at Kathmandu airport at midnight they said no rooms were available. They moved me to a worse hotel; the whole night was filled with diesel fumes and I couldn’t sleep. No discount or compensation was offered, and I was charged the full price.
