It looks nice from the outside, but the shower didn’t work at all, the handle was broken, and we wouldn’t take a sit‑down bath in that filthy place. The clerk tried to contact management, but he wasn’t available and said there were no other rooms. Mold was on the ceiling, and there was hair and bugs in the sink. The toilet paper holder was broken. The floors were dirty and sticky, and there were stains on the bedding. They offered a full refund, but we also need to contact you.

It was not what we expected; it was very dirty and the smell was bad overall. I didn’t use the shower because it was dirty. I definitely don’t recommend it. The smell, the room, everything wasn’t as expected.

“Horrible”

The area is bad; I had to kill a roach by the table. Thin walls let me hear people in other rooms. It wasn’t very clean, there weren’t enough towels, and the breakfast was laughable.

Staff is very helpful and customer service is awesome; everyone was nice to talk to. The place feels a bit old and needs some upgrades.
