The dinner was great, even though the wait was very long. The kind receptionist was alone on a Friday evening, handling many arrivals and the dining service in the hall! The dining room service could perhaps be improved.

Everything was very clean, there were plenty of sockets, the hair dryer worked well, and the breakfast was superb.

Everything went smoothly with the stay, but the reception lacked courtesy. The front‑desk person was condescending toward me and a young employee; after many minutes of arguing that I had no reservation (which she eventually found), she first refused to print my bill because it was supposedly forbidden, then reluctantly agreed after her software failed to email it. Finally, the first room assigned was unclean, and the second was a communicating room with the door separator left unlocked. The customer service needs serious review.
