“Good stay”

I had a pleasant stay, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff who provided excellent room service. However, the breakfast buffet was somewhat lacking in options and didn't quite live up to the price I paid.

I recently had a mixed experience with my stay at this hotel. Initially, I booked for two days and paid a substantial amount of 7800, but I later decided to shorten my stay to just one day, which resulted in a refund of approximately 3800. However, I'm still waiting to hear back about the balance payment, which has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about the status of my refund.

“not so good not so bad”

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While the breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious vegetarian options, the room service fell short of my expectations. Unfortunately, it took multiple calls to get my room cleaned, and even then, it wasn't up to par. The bathroom amenities were also subpar, with empty and non-functional toiletry bottles that seemed old and cheap.

“Needs overall improvement in quality”

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. Although I was initially impressed with the hotel's overall ambiance and amenities, I encountered a few issues that detracted from my stay. The cleanliness of my room was not up to par, and when I requested that it be cleaned, the front desk staff failed to follow through. Additionally, the quality of the towels and bed sheets left much to be desired, which was disappointing considering the hotel's otherwise pleasant atmosphere.
