Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of local ingredients, the hotel was spotless, and the staff were extremely efficient, friendly, and helpful at both this hotel and the sister property, The Loch Maddy Hotel; nothing to complain about.

The location is great for the ferry, and there were no issues.

The space feels light and airy, and it was relaxed, but the breakfast times were inconvenient.

Overall, a wonderful hotel that is modern and very comfortable; the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond when we had problems, and the breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were very good.
