The team was super friendly and kind, the view over the jungle was phenomenal, the food was consistently great everywhere, and the pool was the highlight, but the location was key; it was also wonderful for families with small kids. The only downside was that it seemed silly to agree to an upgrade to the Club Lounge and then not be able to stay there with a small child during afternoon drinks and snacks.
