The name “Best Western” feels outdated now. The building is old and the repairs look shoddy. The air‑conditioner keeps shutting off all night, the fridge isn’t cold, the carpet is gross, the beds are hard, the sheets are old and dingy, and the overall cleanliness is poor. The pull‑out couch bed is terrible for sleeping. The complimentary breakfast was cheap and not what it used to be: the milk was barely cold, there was no syrup, the bread items weren’t fresh, and no staff were around to help.
