I really liked the breakfast – it was very good – and the spot is perfect for Juventus fans. The only thing that could use improvement is the clarity of the reply emails. I asked if there was a surcharge for staying with two dogs, and they said it was €10 per night, but when I paid they charged €10 per dog per night. I accepted that without issue.

The rooms and bathrooms are huge, the beds are great, parking is super convenient, and the breakfast is excellent. The shower enclosure could be better, and there’s a bit of dust here and there.

The on‑site parking is convenient, the bathroom is a nice size, the bedding is fairly comfortable, and the breakfast is okay. The rooms aren’t well insulated, so the alarm goes off early in the morning. The shower leaks a bit and the tap has no pressure unless you unscrew it. The room is a bit tight.

The internal parking and location are good. Unfortunately, the room we got (213) had several problems: a lot of dust, the window sill was covered in dry excrement and two cigarettes that had been there for a while, the curtain rod was almost broken, and the Schuko outlet for the phone was broken – the reception only managed to give us a replacement after a lot of effort. Parking is fine, but at night there’s no clear signage to the reception, and it’s hard to figure out the right direction. The breakfast was also disappointing: the honey was gone, there were two (yes, two) brioche, only one orange so no juice, and the juicer was broken. I filed a complaint, but a week later they still haven’t responded.
