“Clean, comfortable, and a good place to stay!”

Everything was great! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. Nothing to complain about.

We appreciated how close the hotel is to the highway, and the room was spacious enough for our needs. Unfortunately, the shower door was a major issue, with water leaking onto the floor; the tile outside the shower was messy and the grout looked dirty. The shower only had two bottles of shampoo and no body wash, despite the description saying otherwise.

Overall, the experience was decent but could use some updates, still feeling like a place from the mid to late 2000s. The pillows were far too soft, requiring three to keep my head supported, and the pool area was a bit dirty.

The staff, especially at the front desk and the van drivers, were wonderful, except for the breakfast person on Sunday who ran out of waffles by 9:15 even though breakfast stayed open until 10:00, offering no apology—just a brief “We’re out!” The van transport to local sites was a pleasant surprise. In room 216, the toilet keeps running and the tub needs work, so we avoided using it. The breakfast buffet area was cramped and congested; some items might be better placed on the bar.
