Vineyards and wineries are nearby, with Picton ferry terminal 30 minutes' drive away, Kaikoura and Nelson 1.5 hours' drive away.

The location is perfect on the route from Picton to Christchurch, and we’ve stayed here many times over the years; we’re usually active late, so the key is left for us and the room feels warm and welcoming. Nothing else to add.

I loved the private terrace, the comfy bed, the lovely shower, and all the little extras. Nothing else to add.
