We really enjoyed our stay - the staff were lovely and the food was great!. The Platos street sign was right outside our room - it creaks in the wind!! There is a white blind in the hallway of the room. It would be good if it was a darker colour as it lets light in at night which means you have to shut the bedroom door but it’s a small niggle!

Described as a "compact" room when booking it turned out to be entirely adequate. Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom, and the food is cooked to order, not cooked then heated for serving. Having to walk ten minutes to the car park

The hotel is in a great location, really cosy, warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent and a great way to start the day. There’s free parking just up the street, which is worth noting, but it was no problem at all. A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. We’d happily stay again! 👍
