I stayed at the hotel and found it pet friendly with no extra charge, and the place was pretty clean. The room was large and the mattress was comfortable, though the pillows left something to be desired. The lady who checked me in was super nice and helpful. On the downside, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer. The pet area was a tiny spot at the bottom of the stairs, lacking disposal bags, and the garbage can was overflowing. The ice machine and office were located across the parking lot in another building, making them hard to reach. Breakfast wasn’t offered, and the bathroom door was filthy, though the tub and toilet were clean.

I booked a disabled access room but ended up with a second‑floor room that required two flights of stairs, which was impossible for me because I use a cane. The front‑desk man told me no first‑floor double rooms were available. Later that Friday evening, someone from the office called and asked if my family would be staying past Sunday; she offered to move us to a first‑floor double room. The TV had a blue screen. I had traveled to see family I hadn’t seen in over 30 years, and this experience ruined everything. I am requesting a full refund.

The room was clean, bug‑free, and the upgraded bathroom was a plus. The area was quiet with no loud neighbors. The king‑size bed was a little uncomfortable and I woke up with backaches.
