“Great stay”

This would have been a 10/10 review, but I have to give it an 8.5/10 because the air conditioning was off when we arrived, and we later found out it was due to the noise. Unfortunately, it’s extremely loud, making it almost impossible to sleep with it on. Other than that, everything was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were great, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was also very clean, the location is excellent with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the Santa Monica Pier is only about a 10‑minute walk away. I absolutely loved my stay and would have given it a perfect score if it weren’t for the air conditioning!

The spot was perfect, right near everything, and the staff were friendly. The building felt old and smelled like it, a cockroach ended up in my pillow, and the elevator was broken when we checked out.
