The service is great, a hidden little gem, but the ice maker is down.

We have always favored this hotel the most out of the 3 you can choose from off the freeway on Waterloo! It is secure, clean and always very comfortable. There has not ever been negative incident! Only thing we would say could make the stay here better, would be if they started serving breakfast again! COVID has ruined that part of the stay at Waterloo Inn other than that We give it 5 stars! -Sarah M. That they don't serve breakfast no more, we loved that there was always so many options full breakfast bar! Waffles or cereal or oatmeal with fruit and muffins and milk an orange juice and coffee! They should bring that back!

Conveniently located right off freeway 99, close to gas stations and Starbucks, but the entrance is on the side instead of the front.

The staff were friendly and nice, so I’d stay again. The AC could have been colder, and there was almost no toilet paper left.

Noise, uncomfortable bed, and unclean. The pool was empty and dirty.
