The hotel sits in a convenient spot and the staff were friendly, making the stay practical. However, the facilities feel dated and the room lighting is poor.

Breakfast was good, and we stayed in two rooms: one had been renovated, the other was quite old. When I asked receptionist Morgana for a paid late check‑out, she refused and said it could only be until 14:30h. She told me I’d have to pay for a whole new day in another apartment because the family suite we were in was supposedly booked from noon. I ended up paying for a full new day in a different room just to stay an extra two and a half hours because I really needed it, even though other staff had previously said a paid late check‑out was possible since the hotel wasn’t full that day. When I finally checked out at 14:30h, I went back to the original room to see if it was still occupied, and it was still uncleaned, so she still wouldn’t let me stay longer even after payment.

The location and service were excellent, but I wish I had stayed longer.

“good little place to stay if you are out exploring the city, handy location”

It’s fine - spacious room, location handy. Rooms are quite ‘soulless’, but nevertheless they are fine as a place to sleep. Breakfast average
