The room was huge with a nice bathroom, and the grounds were lovely—garden, all that. The food, both dinner and breakfast, was really tasty and we felt right at home. The only downside was the heat—almost 40 °C and no air‑conditioning, plus the pool we were told about was missing. Maybe the hot weather limits water use in that area.

The cold pool was a real treat, and the owner's son was super friendly, helpful, and spoke English well. The only annoyance was the trucks that kept coming even at night, loud enough to hear from our room.

The room was well equipped with a bathroom right across, and everything was in good shape—just perfect. They offered a dinner that cost a bit more than the restaurant (about 5000 AMD), but it was generous, varied, and delicious, and I even got to taste some wine. The garden was nice for a stroll, but the room got very hot and the nearby road was noisy, making it hard to sleep.

The staff were very kind, the pool was small and a bit cold, and the breakfast was delicious. The only drawback was the lack of air‑conditioning.

This B&B in the Areni mountains is truly lovely, with a garden full of flowers and fruit trees. The owners are incredibly kind and serve a really nice breakfast.
