Excellent customer service, they made us feel at home from the moment we stepped in, friendly personnel with a great sense of humour! Attention to details, this is where many guest houses would fail but Casa Mia didn't! Clean and well decorated. Great location and lovely breakfast, would highly recommend 👍. Nothing! 10/10 we absolutely loved it ! We loved it, keep up the good work!

We booked a 2‑bedroom apartment, and it was spacious and clean, with two balconies right next to a supermarket in a lively area; the staff were very friendly, so I highly recommend it!

The location is ideal, close to a bus line that serves Rome well; the staff are very welcoming and attentive, the breakfasts are great, they listen to all questions and give useful info, find taxis quickly if needed, and Fatima is especially cheerful at breakfast and otherwise—really super, highly recommended; nothing to complain about.

The decor is rustic and cozy; breakfast is decent with coffee, juice, and bread; the staff are very enthusiastic, and Tonnaso is very thoughtful; just a bit of a small issue.
