Great breakfast offering, even though it wasn’t listed in the amenities. Fridge with eggs, milk, juices. Excellent. Cleaned daily. Functional furnishings. The outdoor area is typical of what you find in front of a train station today, with unpleasant food smells from the stairs.

Beautiful stylish room, big bathroom, super hospitable hosts. We could store our bags in the hallway. We didn’t expect a self‑service breakfast, but there were plenty of options. The place literally overlooks the train station. Amazing value. We should have spent more time in Udine.

The communication was very friendly, and the facilities were excellent, featuring the best coffee machine in the kitchen. It sits opposite the train station and is well connected.

The place is near the station, a 15‑minute walk to the city center, and bike parking is available. The communal kitchen is well equipped, with everything you need to prepare a good homemade breakfast. The rooms are very nice and modern, and the host is very friendly.
