The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean and tidy! Nothing to complain about.

The only thing I appreciated was the spacious room and comfortable bed, but I disliked that parts of the room were damaged, the toilet was separate and tiny, and the gate required a desk attendant to open—once I was left outside for about 15 minutes at 1 am because the desk was empty. I also disliked that there was no hot water on my last night and the next final day in the room, forcing me to shower with cold water while I was already ill. Additionally, I had forgotten a French adapter, and the reception had none to give me that would work in their rooms; the desk staff said nearby shops were closed, yet I eventually found a shop that had them available. Traveling solo made this situation even less convenient.

Despite the very urban surroundings, this hotel was a tranquil and pleasant refuge. Everything was perfect: the welcome, bedding, cleanliness, breakfast, pool and its loungers, the children's play area, the décor, the parking, and the proximity to local restaurants. No complaints.
