One of Port Said’s best hotels, with a quick check‑in, excellent service and especially Mr Majid, the hotel manager, who is very courteous and respectable. The restaurant is lovely, the whole property is clean, and the treatment feels five‑star rather than four.

The staff from the GM to housekeeping were super friendly and everyone tried their best to make sure you had a pleasant stay. The restaurant and the hotel bar were very good.
