Great location. I had mentioned I was arriving late at night and I was never given instruction on how to find my room; I even arrived at the wrong WOT because I didn’t know there were other locations. I didn’t have hot water at first and it took a while to get support from the team. There was only soap in the shower, not in the sink. Since the building is super old (which is cool) the room was very cold and the blanket wasn’t enough to keep me warm.

The location and décor are good. The hand basin is inside the shower, making it hard to reach when the shower is still wet and you need to use the basin. The toilet has no window or ventilation, so moisture extraction is lacking and some deterioration is noticeable.

I liked the location and the room was simple but cute! I didn’t like the bathroom on our floor, so I used the one on another floor; I didn’t like that the staff were absent at check‑in time and if you send them a message they reply after a few hours.

I found the place in a handy spot near town centre, but it felt more like a hostel than a proper hotel or guesthouse. The room carried a strong musty odor and the facilities were not clean.
