The staff were very friendly, the location was good, and the value for money was solid, but unfortunately the air conditioner in our room made a noisy, annoying sound that kept us from sleeping well.

Everything was very clean and efficient; I arrived after check‑in time in the evening and they handed me a key at reception. In the morning I was able to have an early breakfast and leave quickly without any checkout hassle. The lady in the restaurant lounge was extremely kind, and the breakfast was delicious—sweet and savory with local products and coffee from the bar. Impeccable hospitality!

Ostuni can get crowded in summer, and driving into the ZTL zone is impossible, so it was great to arrive at this place with ample, comfortable parking after a long, packed day. The rooms are simple but very clean. The breakfast was amazing (a surprise) and the staff were fantastic.
