Room was clean and comfortable with quiet AC and convenient covered balcony with small drying rack to dry swimwear. Also provided Netflix access, beach towels and bottled water. Good location close to the Kata night market and a short walk to the Smartbus stop. Soundproofing could be better, could hear guests talking in the stairwell. Shower screen was a little small so water splashed onto the bathroom floor, shower pressure was otherwise good. Housekeeping also cleaned the room even after we went out leaving a do not disturb sign on the room
С уверенностью могу заявить что это самый лучший отель,в котором я останавливался по соотношению цена/качество. Нас было 7 человек,4 номера на этаже,каждый из остался в восторге. В номерах очень чисто,есть все необходимое: от столовых приборов до средств личной гигиены. Убирались в номерах каждый день,иногда даже забывали повесить табличку на дверь,но все равно по возвращению все было убрано,постель поменяна,обновлены снеки,вода (по 2 упаковки в каждом номере) Если надо постирать вещи,утром отдавали персоналу,а уже днем их возвращали поглаженными Не смотря на то что приехали раньше времени заселения,разместили сразу по приезде, хотя до официального времени заезда было еще время. Это было очень приятно после долгой дороги. Отдельно хочу отметить хозяйку отеля- чудесный человек,которая относится к гостям с искренней,не наигранной заботой. Помогала со всеми вопросами,всегда была на связи, даже держала для нас место для парковки возле отеля. Очень отзывчивый и добрый человек. На дорогу дали нам воду и сладости. Однозначно вернемся сюда еще

Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and had a nice balcony. I stayed on the third floor. There is no elevator, but since it's only a few floors, the stairs weren't a big issue for me. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Kata Beach and very close to the Kata Night Market. Free tea, coffee, biscuits, and beach towels were nice touches. They even did complimentary laundry for a couple of my T-shirts and pants during my stay. Overall, a comfortable stay, and I'd happily stay here again. Nothing to complain about. Had a comfortable stay
Everything. There is a weed store under the hotel, I didn't smell anything in my room because my room is on the rear side of the hotel but you can smell it when you're going in and out

The room was very nice and spacious with the beautiful aesthetic. Also came with free Netflix if you wanted a rest in. No negative feedback just a note that there is no elevator so only stairs as an option which wasn’t a problem for me
