“Hôtel parfait 👍”

Everything was amazing 🤩, but the staff’s dress code was very sloppy and didn’t match the hotel’s level. The front desk clerk even ate his meal on the desk right in front of guests.

The location was close to the hospital, exactly what we needed. Breakfast was good, though the website was a bit misleading when we booked. The room was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean Room was nice. The afternoon to early evening desk associate/staff was terrible. She refused to be helpful. She told my wife she wasn't going to talk to her. My wife Asked her to let her know when a cart came available and she said she could not do that. There were "NO CARTS TO TRANSPORT OUR 10 PIECES OF LUGUAGE TO OUR 2nd FLOOR ROOM". SHE SAID there were only 3 carts for the entire facility, and she didn't know where they were. There were not enough towels for the four of us, so we called the front desk. She said you can come down and get them. When we went downstairs to get the towels, she did not assist, she simply said there over there. This person was enrageing all of your customers in the same fashion. All very disappointed returning customers. As we were. I personally believe that your desk staff is untrainable
