“Impeccable customer service”

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Legazpi with my family of four. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, assisting us with all our activities and providing valuable local insights. Although room prices were slightly cheaper when booked directly, it was well worth the extra cost for the excellent service and central location. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a fantastic spread to start our day.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's staff, who were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was very comfortable, and we appreciated the extra touches that made our stay feel special. However, the buffet area was a bit chilly, which was a minor drawback.

“Excelente”

My stay at this hotel was pleasant, but it had a few quirks. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a major plus. However, I was a bit surprised to find that there was no water machine in the hotel. Instead, they provided a bottle of water, which was a nice touch, but I had to purchase another one if I ran out. Overall, it was a nice hotel, but it had a few minor issues that prevented it from being perfect.

“Horrible room, very poor value for money, highly overrated. I wanted to leave immediately”

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some notable highs and lows. On the plus side, the staff service was excellent, and we enjoyed the attractive glass-sided lift and breakfast room with its large windows. The hotel's proximity to Ayala Mall and Pacific Mall was also a major advantage. However, our triple room was disappointingly small, and the lack of a window and poor soundproofing made for a less-than-ideal sleeping environment.

“Helt okej vistelse. Hade varit alldeles perfekt om frukosten hade varit mer varierande och bättre ti”

I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel, which truly lives up to its name, Sentro, meaning center. However, the breakfast buffet lacked variety, with the menu remaining almost the same every day, and some dishes were poorly cooked.
