“Gute Lage. Schöner Garten. Aber Service mangelhaft.”
The location, not far from Deshaies and Grand Anse, was great but a car was necessary. The garden was beautiful and the bungalows spacious, and the pool was wonderful. The room was only cleaned once, and because cats and chickens constantly roamed the terrace it stayed dirty. The chairs were covered in cat hair and there was no broom available. We could only travel with two people instead of three, which we had told the hotel beforehand, yet no discount was given for the unused breakfast. Worse, the bad scrambled eggs had to be paid for extra on the day of departure.
