The location is in a quiet area outside Nice, the charging facilities are available, and the breakfast includes fresh eggs; Xavier is a great host, always ready and helpful.

It’s a place away from the city centre, but the buses stop right in front of the house; the owner is very friendly, so I recommend it.

Xavier is a very welcoming and kind host. He offered us produce from his garden and other tasty local foods. The apartment is 10 minutes from the center, in a very quiet residential area. Nothing

Breakfast was weak, basically a shortage for kids, better without it…not renting with breakfast…it’s a trap for the poor…I’m sorry Xavier…and the garden…messy left by the locals…don’t present them as extra amenities…the mosquito net in the bathroom is broken…the curtain in the room is torn…quite disappointing! Everything else is fine! The man…Xavier…cool!
