The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The separation between adults‑only and family areas, even in the dining room, was a nice touch.

The buffet food was consistently good, and we enjoyed the overall entertainment. Communication was poor. We encountered discrimination from staff. The remote was missing from the room, and after six frustrating calls and speaking with several people, including a manager, the remote and a few other items were finally delivered. We later discovered the TV wasn’t working, which the staff knew and failed to mention. The fire alarm kept going off, even in the early mornings between 12 am and 3 am, giving me a migraine. Each time we had to call the front desk for an update on whether it was an emergency or not.

I loved everything! The only downside was that the pool was closed at night, which was the sole exception.

“Go somewhere else - don't stay here”

The view was great, but the resort itself was in terrible condition: closet doors were broken, drawers wouldn’t open or close properly, and bar cupboards were warped and damaged. I couldn’t secure reservations at any of the restaurants, and when I asked the front desk, they just said “that’s the way it is” and did nothing to help. They were supposed to give me a $300 resort credit, but the resort claimed it was an error and the booking said the credit came from the resort.

The food could use improvement and more options at the evening sports bar; it was limited to either wings, burgers, or fries.
