The room was spacious and clean, with separate toilet and bathroom areas that made it very convenient; the bathroom even had a washing area, so I could soak in the tub comfortably. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options. I just wish there had been a luggage rack in the room.

Being close to Universal Studios let the kids play until the last minute, but when we first tried to take the elevator, the staff who were moving our luggage asked for our room number and told us a different elevator was closer; however, that elevator was actually farther from our room, so we ended up walking a long way from the one we first intended to use.

The location is superb—just a 5‑minute walk or less from Universal Studios, and the view of the park is amazing—but the rooms feel outdated and in need of renovation, and the reception staff who called to remind us to check out were very rude, so it’s not worth the high price.
