Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
The bed was comfortable. The staff were unfriendly, the toilet was dirty, the silicone sealant was moldy, the floor had paint splatters, walls and carpet were dirty. The AC was noisy, the windows were old and let in street noise, and there were no handles to open them. This 4‑star hotel doesn’t even deserve 2 stars and is very expensive for what it offers.

The staff were fine. The rooms were uncomfortable with non‑working air conditioning, outlets, and lights, completely different from the photos. I paid for the picture and got a pension room. We moved to another hotel a day early.
