地點地點還是地點 地點真的太好了 4樓夜景挺好. 1.住三天兩夜沒有拿到鑰匙 門沒鎖的狀態下直到退房 這有很嚴重的安全疑慮 2.沒有櫃子可以放置行李 我是行李倚靠窗睡的 3.旅館主人除了一開始入住可以聯絡之外 後續有問題人就消失了 甚至晚上我也遇到其他外國遊客也遇到問題聯絡不到人 直到付款有問題才會聯絡 4.城西時光的意思是這房子西曬很嚴重 我通常是被熱醒的 房間冷氣吹不到我的床位 窗戶又曬過來 超熱

Plainstay hostel is a few minutes’ walk from Taipei City Mall exit Y13 and Taipei Bus Station, with shops nearby. The receptionist speaks English well (even though it’s a self‑check‑in hostel, I called for details). The room was clean and nice. The only downside is there’s no elevator, and the shampoo and body wash bottles are just on the floor.

The location is fine. Many problems: self‑check‑in caused trouble, and the staff only cared about their own costs, not the guests’ needs. The room I got looked like the photo but was very different – no paper towels, no desk lamp, exposed ceiling and pipes, and the wall paint was peeling; the bathroom smelled moldy, which was unsettling.

The room was clean, comfy, and the showers were nice; the AC worked well. It’s in a great spot next to bus and rail stations. However, it’s a hostel with no staff on site. You have to WhatsApp them for any issue and they’re not always quick to reply, which is a problem. They advertise ten lockers for guests, but some are unused – don’t advertise lockers that aren’t available. Check‑in is at 3 pm, but you must wait for the check‑in details to be sent; they should send this before 3 pm so guests aren’t left waiting. It’s a good hostel but the practices are poor.

The place is clean and well‑located. Bathrooms had a bad odor, and I didn’t feel safe because there was no front desk; check‑in was confusing, and luggage storage felt insecure. They claim to reply on WhatsApp until 9:30, but I asked several times and got nothing. The top bunk was scorching even with AC. I wouldn’t stay here again.
