Barigui Park Hotel

On Saturday morning I was greeted by a young man who attended to me with great kindness, provided a room, and carried my luggage to the apartment. I paid for one full day plus half a day, arrived at 7 am, asked if a lower price could be offered for the half day, and ultimately paid R$404,00. The room was cozy and the breakfast was great! On Sunday, after reconciling the items I had consumed, I was surprised to be told I had to pay an additional R$80 and some more. I tried to explain what I had discussed with the front desk man when I arrived, but the person charging me said it was a mistake by his colleague; there was another woman with him who said nothing. He was quite rude, and I ended up paying the extra portion so that the person who had received me so well wouldn’t have to bear an expense that wasn’t his. The room and breakfast were very good.

“Desconforto”

Terrible. The shower was not good; the water seemed to come out like from a pipe. Bathroom cleanliness was poor, the sheets looked used. Terrible.

The hotel is well located, easily accessible, with very attentive and competent staff. It is expensive for what it offers. The facilities are old, poorly maintained, and the rooms are small.

The location is great, but the room had a strong mold smell, a bad shower, and a bad bed.
