The check‑in staff and the maids were very helpful and kind, but the building outside the room was very hot and there was no AC inside the dining area, which was also hot. The bartenders could have been a lot nicer; it was our first experience, so I understand they were busy, but they could have been friendlier.

Everything and everyone were great. It’s close to the Reliant Stadium, the facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly and willing to help with anything. I liked everything.

The proximity to Reliant Stadium was a plus, but the pool was dirty with lots of algae. Temperatures were in the upper 90’s and not many people were using the pool. Our remote for the TV didn’t work from the start, required four trips to the service desk, and finally got one two days later. I’m attaching a photo of the pool from 2019 and one from this weekend; the difference is huge.
