The trash was a problem, and the workers were dirty and rude.

Clean but had to.walk up steps no elevator or it was broke not good for a handicapped person. Girl at desk had to keep stopping to tell her boyfriend on the phone she was busy instead of hanging up on him Seems her priority wasn't a guest services it was 930pm and we were too tired for that crap

The staff were friendly and the price was good, but the beds were hard as a rock; the first room had a smell, the second room we were moved to was full of fleas, and the third room’s beds were still uncomfortable.

The rooms were moldy, so I had to request a change; the next one had a wet carpet. Moldy.
