“The management of the hotel is poor”
Breakfast was decent, the location near town was convenient, and the receptionist was helpful with a nice lounge. However, there was no hot water for a shower, the door was problematic, the reception area made noise that woke me up, and I wasn’t told the room wasn’t available until 11.40 am.
The TV in my assigned room wasn’t working; the front desk said it was faulty and implied the room shouldn’t be rented or offered at a discount, but neither happened.

The manager was really great, but the Wi‑Fi never worked.
The hotel’s facilities were tidy and the staff were very courteous; I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again when I’m back in the city.
The hotel double‑booked me and forced me to pay for a more expensive room, and there was loud music and a rude front desk.
