I liked the location, the breakfast/lunch, and the room furniture, but the ceiling lamp was dead, the bathroom mixing tap was painfully slow, and the motor door kept turning on and off at low frequency, which kept me awake especially on the second night in room 810; it seemed like vibrations from a pump or something spread through the building, not through the air from outside.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating, the breakfast was exceptional, and I felt the team did everything they could to make my stay as pleasant as possible.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating, the location was quiet, they listened to requests, the facilities were good, the breakfast was large and excellent, and the room had everything I needed.
