The location is spot‑on, near the harbour. The place is clean, the air‑conditioning works, the fans are fine, the shower has hot water, and it’s comfortable. The only thing to note is that you have to climb stairs—there’s no lift—but it’s just one and a half floors.

We stayed here for a single night before heading home from Naples Airport, and it was a great spot to wrap up our holiday. Finding the property took a bit of effort, largely because we walked from the station in the August heat with our luggage. Once there, everything was straightforward: the building is very secure and the access instructions were clear. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous range of free snacks—cereals, bread items, biscuits, crisps—as well as drinks and yoghurts in the fridge, a nice touch after a long day of travel. We were also lucky to arrive on the evening of Napoli FC’s 100th anniversary celebrations, which made the stay even more memorable. The city’s atmosphere was amazing, and it was a wonderful experience to be part of such a special event. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and the building itself is unique, adding extra character to our stay. We would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone looking for convenient accommodation before or after a flight from Naples. I wanted to give a 10, but I had to take one star off because there’s no lift. Some other places we stayed at also lacked a lift, but there are many stairs to reach the apartments with heavy luggage. That said, if I came back, I would still choose this apartment.
