The place was cozy and in a convenient spot.
Free shuttle stops right outside, and Lawson and 7‑11 are within walking distance.

The environment and staff were friendly, and I look forward to coming again next winter! No complaints.

We loved staying at Pilot Lodge and even added an extra day! Layla was fantastic and very accommodating. The bus stop is right outside the front door, and the onsen was great after a long day. We’d stay again.
