The hotel manager was super rude and we had a nightmare with our room. We'd booked in advance, but apparently, it wasn't reserved, and after waiting 45 minutes at reception, they gave us the manager's room - which was already occupied and cluttered with his stuff. To add insult to injury, they charged us the full amount plus taxes for a room that was already taken by a staff member. The room itself was pretty basic, no tea, coffee, or milk provided.

The hotel's got a great location with amazing views, and the staff are really on top of things. The owner seems really loyal to the customers, and the food tastes amazing. Overall, it was an incredible experience - I'd highly recommend this place.

Great location, shame about the noise - it's actually really calm and the views around are beautiful. The staff were super helpful, and the property was clean and looked like a great place to stay. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Thanks to the team for making us feel welcome!

Our stay at Gagan Resort was amazing - the mountains of Dharamshala make for a serene backdrop, and the views from our room were just stunning. The service was top class, and it all came together for a really peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. If you're looking for a relaxing escape, I'd highly recommend this place.
