The location was great, close to the city center but away from the noise, and the staff were very friendly and attentive – we’ll definitely come back if we return to Hanoi. The only downside is that the breakfast is basic, but it’s fine for the price.

The spot is fantastic, within walking distance to everything. The room was very clean, the bathroom had a powerful shower, the staff were kind and helpful, and laundry service is available – all at a great price. We stayed here twice.
