“De todas as pousadas que já ficamos em Munhoz, essa foi a que mais gostamos.”
I was really pleased with the location and especially with the host, Eliana. On the first night we noticed the shower wasn’t heating well, so early the next day she moved us into another room, which was larger and better equipped. I had to work online for a short time and she provided everything I needed. The place uses 4G internet, and when there are power cuts they keep the Wi‑Fi running, which is normal for the area. The initial room was cramped and the shower didn’t heat properly, but that was resolved and we ended up very comfortable. The access road was a bit rough, but I later learned they had recently fixed it after some rain damage.
Close to the city, breakfast was excellent, and the host was super friendly—especially the cute little gift we got for being a honeymoon couple. But the room cleaning could have been tighter, the sheets felt cheap, and the blankets were so thin you could see the floor in winter. The tub, advertised as a Jacuzzi, was cold and didn’t heat up, and the shower was small and weak—couldn’t even fill the tub. Plus, the fridge items cost extra and there was no price list in the room.
The hospitality was top-notch.
“Tranquila e sossegada”
Everything was great, just wish there’d been a bit more sunshine.
Everything was perfect—no complaints at all.
