We enjoyed a great stay at Rams Guest House, a peaceful and budget‑friendly spot that delivers good value. The shops are a bit far, but we managed by buying what we needed when we went out. Special thanks to Raju Bayyaa, owner Sanjay, and manager Sanjoo, who were always responsive and helpful. The caretakers, also Raju Bayyaa, were kind and ready to assist whenever needed. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, and the owner treated us like family, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Overall, a wonderful experience I’d gladly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful, affordable place.

“Terrible experience. Avoid this place... ❌❌❌”

Nothing. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, with no receptionist available during the day when we needed help, and there was no hot water in the room. It’s definitely not couple‑friendly, so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“We were about 3 days at Trivandrum but we have vacated the property within a day and equipped”

Authorised and Responsible staff not there, One staff was there when check in then he was missing to providing service of food , There is no kichen in the property and no hottel almost near by 21.5 to 2 KM range. We have asked the Invoice while check out , The staff boy was not aware of billing , Service very poor. He told that the bill will forward to your WhatsApp but not served till date. We asked the Manager / Authorised person contact number to communicate for the Invoice , but the boy had not given , The property is one of remote area from the main Road , even there is no facility for public Transport near by about 1.50 KM range , We walked about 2 KM to reach restaurant near the LULU mall . Collectected full amount including GST then after No bill while check out even No receipt for advance payment. Irresponsible Management
